I'd like to hire someone to help me install and setup Waterhole.
I'd like to spin up a Digital Ocean Droplet and give credentials and have someone set things up.
I'll need to integrate SendGrid or some other email sending service.
I'd like to get help setting up our logo and branding elements.
I'd like to start the project in June.

How much trouble would I be asking for if I attempted to set this up and run it as a non-developer? I'm not afraid of tech and even have done a little bit of php programming related to WordPress in the past, but I'm not a developer and I don't do much on the server level. I have some Digital Ocean droplets that I have running WordPress, but I interface mostly with the droplets through a service called GridPane which is does most of the server setup and provisioning, etc.
