I'm experiencing some issue when comments are locked in a post. Sometimes the comment box is still visible (see screenshot) and it doesn't display the notice ("Comments are locked."). The weird thing is that it doesn't happen with all posts...

Is this a bug? Anyone else having trouble with this?

We're using Waterhole for the official community forum for the blank.page writing app. It's still early days, but I think it already looks great, and we're excited to evolve it with more Waterhole updates.

I have a blog elsewhere that I'd like to move over to my Waterhole community. However, I just noticed that it's not possible to edit post dates to change them to a date in the past. Is there a workaround for this? If not, I think it would be a useful feature for admins.

My app uses Firebase Authentication and I'd like to use the same login method for my Waterhole community. However:

• I don’t see Firebase in the list of providers supported by Laravel Socialite, but I assume it's possible to set it up as a custom provider, right?
• If we launch using Waterhole's user and password, is it possible to merge/migrate accounts to other auth provider later on?

Any pointers would be appreciated. Thanks!

Nitpicking here, but I find it a bit more common to position the avatar in the navbar always at the right edge. It also creates more consistency between the icons when they're sitting all together.

I've noticed that I'm getting logged out from the site quite often - even with the "Remember me" checkbox at login. I have standard Cookies and settings in Chrome.

Is it only me? Or is this a bug/feature that needs to be addressed?

What would be the best way to integrate a paywall that automatically adds users to a User Group?

I'd like to use a Stripe payment link and have the users be added to a set of groups - Would this require an integration with Zapier, or something like Trigger? Or does Waterhouse have a a different method to approach this?

I quite like the design in general terms. I'd just want to make the text width / container narrower to help with readability. This might subjective but I do tend to agree with Paul Graham that text is most legible with no more than 70 characters per line (currently around 120).

I'm assuming this should be straightforward to tweak with custom CSS, but it might worth considering for the default style as well.
